In this case study, we focus on [brand name retracted, per NDA] a global fashion brand that is widely distributed in retail with low digital brand awareness. The client's goal is to increase digital DTC business from a $500K to $1.2M annual e-commerce business during covid.
We hit and exceeded the original planned goal by October 1, 2020 before Q4 Holiday Sales.
E-Commerce Growth Post-Redesign
+52.7% Visitors : Combined with the website redesign and supported marketing initiatives, we drove +52.7% increased visits to website. Last year, their website had 180,326 visitors compared to this year, we increase qualified visitors to 342,118.
+31.6% Transactions : Not only are we driving qualified traffic, website transactions are increased from last year by +31.6%. Through our strategic advertising targeting, influencer marketing program, and social – we increased from 1,221 to 3,864 transactions this year.
+56.2% Conversion Rate : One of the challenging tasks for this specific client was improving their conversion. When we first onboard the client, their conversion was 0.53% due to lack of qualified customers targeted to website and brand interest. We increased the average conversion to 0.94%, which is a +56.2% improvement increase.
